I help leaders and teams perform under pressure, through workshops and facilitation built on how the brain actually responds to stress, change, and challenge.
WHERE IT COMES FROM
I taught at the Rafa Nadal Academy, working closely with players through individual coaching and mentoring, and lectured at University College Cork. Both taught me the same thing: how to design and deliver learning that people actually remember and use, not just sit through. I bring that same approach to the leaders and teams I work with now.
WHO I WORK WITH
I’ve worked with leaders at Microsoft, KPMG, LinkedIn, Rothschild & Co, and Johnson & Johnson, and coached CEOs of high-growth companies, including VRAI. I’m a facilitator and instructional designer at the NeuroLeadership Institute, and currently a subject matter expert in Coaching and Leadership at UCD Professional Academy.
HOW I WORK
I work in English and Spanish, across a range of industries and cultures, but the focus is always the same: helping people think clearly and lead well when it actually matters.Offsites and retreats in Mallorca, with Talaia.
